About Core Focus PersonnelCore Focus Personnel, LLC is a staffing, training, and logistics company proudly serving Alabama's automotive and manufacturing industries.Now Hiring: Sit Down Forklift OperatorsAutomotive supplier in the Cottondale, AL area looking for qualified Forklift Operators.Pay: Starting at $18.00 per hour.Employees can earn a gross average of $875/ weekly working an average of 50 hours per week!Job ResponsibilitiesSafely operate a forklift to move racks and materials throughout the facility, including shipping and receiving operations.Comply with all company policies and government safety procedures and regulations.Complete the necessary paperwork related to shipping and receiving, production, etc.Maintain production standards and achieve established production goals.Follow the preventative maintenance program for all equipment including completing all supporting documentation.Perform other duties as assigned in response to changing operating conditions and plant priorities.QualificationsPlease note: Former SMP: Motherson employees are not eligible for rehire.High School diploma or equivalent.Certified Forklift Operator (preferred)1 year of Forklift experience required in a production warehouse setting.Ability to work scheduled shifts and overtime as needed.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Must successfully pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screening.Apply today and become part of a team that keeps Alabama's automotive industry moving!#corefocus
