Supervisor

Job Description:We are seeking highly capable sweeper operator to maintain cleanliness and safety of our parking lots and garages. Your duties will include driving specialized vehicles, operating vehicle controls and attachments and gathering refuse and debris for collection. This position is responsible for thoroughly and efficiently servicing the clients needs while complying with company policies.Essential Job Functions:Operates sweeping vehicle.Ensures supplies and material handling equipment is secure prior to operation sweeper.Performs pre- and post-trip inspections of assigned vehicles.Ensures vehicle is operating correctly while on the route and notifies Supervisor of any concerns.Immediately notifies Supervisor of any incidents, accidents, injuries or property damages.You might also be required to operate a blower to blow off sidewalks, curb lines and dumpster areas.Full Time and Part Time position available.Graveyard shift.Sweeping experience is a plus, but not required- We will train the right candidate.Job Qualifications:Valid Drivers License and clean driving record required.Must be able to pass a clear background check.Ability to perform physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodations.Authorized to work in the U.S.Standing, walking, bending, reaching,stretching, lifting 25lbs. frequently and driving continuouslyOccasionally using a backpack blower weighting approximately 25 lbs.Possible exposure to dust, odors, grease, oil, limited particulates, wet/ hot conditions and noise.Work mostly outside.Problem solving, oral and written communication, concentration.Eye / hand coordination.Equipment handling. #J-18808-Ljbffr
