Team Lead responsible for overseeing daily construction tasks, including site cleanup, material handling, and basic job site support. Uses carpentry experience to guide the team, monitor performance, maintain quality standards, and keep projects on schedule for a local contractor.

Team Lead Details:

• Temporary position
• $ 25.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:30am to 04:00pm)

• Lead and coordinate daily job site activities, including cleanup, material handling, and basic construction tasks
• Supervise crew members to ensure performance, safety, and productivity standards are met
• Utilize carpentry experience to support construction tasks and maintain quality workmanship
• Monitor project progress and help keep jobs on schedule
• Communicate with team and management to ensure smooth operations and workflow

Team Lead Qualifications:

• Previous experience in construction, preferably with a background in carpentry
• Ability to lead a team and manage daily job site tasks
• Strong understanding of safety practices and job site procedures
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills and ability to follow project timelines
