Compassion
Evening availability

Understanding that those receiving your care count on you
Flexibility and dedication
Willingness to learn
Other things we seek:
Good people skills
Proper skills and training
Personal or professional experience preferred, but some positions are entry-level
Reliable transportation and appropriate insurance
One weekend per month Saturday and Sunday
Clean criminal background check and drug screen
