Electrical Test Equipment Design ManagerThe Fleet Ballistic Missile (FBM) program is seeking a leader to join the Electrical Ground Support Equipment (EGSE) team. Location: This position does not support teleworking; the selected candidate will be located near our Lockheed Martin Space facility in Cape Canaveral, FL and be expected to work in the office full-time. We are looking for you to build, develop, and manage a team of electrical and software engineers that are responsible for development of Automated Test Equipment (ATE) for FBM Modernization programs. Key activities you will accomplish in this role: The scope covers the entire product lifecycle from proposal to sustainment. Near-term scope focuses on requirements development, architecture, hardware and software design, and process improvement. As the functional leader of the team, you will be responsible for staffing, training, mentoring in technical problem solving, ensuring adherence to processes and procedures, and performance management To be effective in this role, you will need: Previous experience executing and leading (either technically or functionally) Ground Support Equipment (EGSE) teams 10+ years of professional experience While no clearance is needed to start in this position, you will need to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance, thus US Citizenship is required.Why Lockheed Martin?
