About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Director of Financial Systems and Transformation to spearhead the development and scaling of a modern finance technology ecosystem. This pivotal role is focused on leading the financial systems roadmap, driving transformation initiatives, and collaborating with executive leadership to enhance the structure, visibility, and scalability of the financial environment. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years' experience in finance systems, transformation, or accounting/FP&A operations within complex, multi-entity organizations, with a proven track record in NetSuite ERP implementations and enterprise financial systems consolidation. A strong background in advising senior leaders and driving change in high-growth, PE-backed, or M&A-driven environments is essential, as is the ability to operate in ambiguity and influence stakeholders across various functions. Key responsibilities for the Senior Director include defining and executing a multi-year finance systems and transformation roadmap, leading the consolidation, standardization, and optimization of core finance platforms, and driving automation and AI enablement to improve the efficiency and accuracy of financial operations. The role also involves partnering with finance and brand leaders to enhance reporting, analytics, SOX readiness, and post-acquisition system integration. The successful candidate will be part of a high-visibility, greenfield opportunity, with a direct partnership alongside finance and technology leadership, and will be backed by a leading growth equity partner. The position is remote and offers a flexible work environment, with a focus on diversity and inclusion.
