Construction Foreman

Construction Foreman for Campbell Construction needing in Mukwonago WI Construction Foreman supervises daily jobsite activities, leads crews, coordinates work, and ensures projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to plans and schedules. Key Responsibilities Supervise and lead daily activities of construction crews, laborers, and skilled trades. Assign daily tasks and ensure crews have the necessary materials, tools, equipment, and information. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, specifications, and project plans. Plan daily work activities and coordinate crew operations to meet production and schedule goals. Coordinate with the superintendent, project manager, subcontractors, suppliers, and other trades. Monitor crew productivity, workmanship, and progress. Perform hands-on construction work as needed while supervising the crew. Conduct layout and verify measurements, elevations, grades, and locations of work. Ensure work is completed according to plans, specifications, building codes, and quality standards. Identify field problems, design conflicts, and material shortages and communicate solutions to management. Coordinate equipment usage, material deliveries, and jobsite logistics. Maintain daily reports, including manpower, equipment, production, materials, and work completed. Track employee hours and assist with timekeeping and labor reporting. Conduct toolbox talks and enforce OSHA and company safety requirements. Inspect the work area for unsafe conditions and correct hazards immediately. Train, mentor, and provide direction to crew members and less-experienced employees. Maintain a clean, organized, and productive jobsite. Coordinate inspections and ensure deficiencies or punch-list items are completed.
