Your responsibilities include:Assist each client to reach and maintain his or her highest level of performance and independence by performing assistance with activities of daily living and implementing scheduled services as neededParticipates with registered nurses in the development and review of care plans; participates in care conferencesAssist with the admission process as directedPerform safe administration of medications and implementation of treatments and other therapies as directedCompleting documentation with accuracy and attention to detail Supporting Resident Assistants through mentorship, coaching, and positive leadership Managing medication orders, refills, and overall medication processesPerforming supervisory visits, completing chart reviews, and ensuring compliance with company policies and our Medicare Comprehensive LicenseDemonstrate effective written and verbal communication with residents, family members, staff, and other health care providers. Maintain service excellence and a high level of confidentiality.Actively participate in agency-wide activities and its continuous quality improvement Understand the importance of seeking assistance as needed and demonstrate dependability and capability of following instructions.
