Gain valuable, hands‑on experience while making a difference! What You'll Do (Essential Job Functions) Follow individual care plans and report any concerns to nursing or management. Administer medications and treatments with proper documentation, per policy. Support daily living needs, including: Personal care Meal preparation and dietary support Household tasks and errands Health appointments and community integration Building natural supports and social relationships Promote health, safety, and a clean home environment. Remain calm and effective during challenging situations. Foster a positive, respectful team dynamic with coworkers, individuals, and their families. Accurately document individual progress and changes. Attend all required trainings, meetings, and ongoing professional development. What You'll Need (Minimum Requirements) High school diploma or GED. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to lift 25-50 lbs. (with assistance or lifting devices). Physical ability to bend, squat, push/pull, and kneel as needed. A compassionate and patient mindset. What We Offer You Competitive Pay: $21.50-$22.50/hour + $1.00/hour weekend differential. Flexible Scheduling: Full-Time & Part-Time – weekend shifts required.
