TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified NICU RN in Charlotte, North Carolina, 28203!

Job Title: RN - Neonatal ICU Profession: RN Specialty: Neonatal ICU Duration: 8 weeks Shift: 12hr Day Shift Hours per Shift: 36 Experience: 2 years of strong Level 3 and/or Level 4 NICU experience. License: RN Certifications: BLS, NR Must-Have: Comfortable in a high acuity, fast-paced environment. Description: Provide care for critically ill neonates in a high-acuity environment. Responsible for managing complex patient cases related to various diagnoses. Patient types include those with respiratory distress, congenital heart defects, and neuro issues. Utilize advanced technologies and equipment for monitoring and treatment. Experience with EPIC is required. Demonstrate competency in managing critical care vasoactive drip titration and invasive lines. Perform bedside procedures and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams. Weekly scheduling includes rotation on Fridays and Mondays, as well as every other weekend. Travelers will work holidays as scheduled, including the eve and day of the holiday. Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with dress code guidelines. Facilitate teamwork and open communication within the unit. Adhere to practice guidelines regarding personal adornments in the clinical setting.
