About this roll* (Responsibilities) In this role, you'll get to work on a wide variety of projects, using your technical chops to influence not just the code, but also product and business strategies. Collaborate closely with Design and Product stakeholders to ensure we are building the right solutions to the right problems Identify high-impact opportunities with your team and turn them into reality. (Requirements) 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong background in using Java, Kotlin, or other object-oriented languages Proficient with modern API standards and technologies (e.g. REST, GraphQL) Proficient with relational databases and alternative data stores Familiarity with React and front-end development a strong plus AI at Toast At Toast, one of our company values is that we're hungry to build and learn. In addition to base salary, our total rewards components include cash compensation (overtime, bonus/commissions if eligible), equity, and benefits.
