To support a growing practice, the full-time Search & Generative Engine Optimization Specialist will architect SEO and GEO strategies to enhance brand visibility across traditional and AI-driven platforms while collaborating with a global team remotely. Key responsibilities Architect comprehensive SEO and Generative Engine Optimization strategies for client visibility across search and AI platforms Support the growth of the GEO offering by directly shaping and delivering hands-on programs as both a strategist and practitioner Educate teams on the evolving role of SEO and GEO, and proactively evaluate and implement tools to maintain a competitive edge in search innovation Required qualifications 4-5 years of experience in digital marketing with deep SEO expertise for enterprise-level brands Proven ability to develop search strategies optimized for both traditional search engines and generative platforms Hands-on experience with core SEO tools such as Google Search Console and SEMrush Strong technical and content auditing skills to identify visibility issues across search engines and AI models Clear understanding of the evolution of search, including the role of AI and large language models
