Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Make a real impact supporting students across several campuses in the Mansfield area, working in a collaborative school environment. This contract opportunity is ideal for dedicated School Psychologists who thrive working with diverse student populations across elementary, intermediate, middle, and high school settings. Your expertise will help guide critical assessments, offer counseling, and shape the academic journey and stability of countless students.
Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Current, valid professional licensure as a School Psychologist
- Experience conducting comprehensive psychological evaluations (including educational and autism assessments)
- Strong background participating in Multidisciplinary ARD meetings, presenting evaluation results, and supporting ARD decision-making
- Ability to provide counseling as a related service for select students; indirect service focus as needed per campus
- Up-to-date with all required credentialing documents, including fingerprints and drug screening
- Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Flexible and resourceful in adapting to varying school environments and caseloads
Role Highlights & Responsibilities:
- Carry a manageable caseload spanning multiple campus levels (elementary through high school); specifics will be provided based on assignment
- Complete timely re-evaluations and initial psychological assessments
- Actively participate in ARDs/IEPs as an expert resource for evaluation data and recommendations
- Serve a small caseload of counseling clients, providing indirect services where indicated
- Engage with educational teams, families, and administrators to support positive student outcomes
