It's time for us to add another professional to the \"Escapes Family.\" Summary: Act as Liaison between Owners, Guests and the Management Company. Provides friendly, courteous service and follow up. First contact for all issues, requests and questions. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Field issues and requests for owners and guests. Maintain condition and damage control for homes/units. Office work such as answering phones, typing, filing, emailing. Securing reservation bookings and speaking with guests. Meet guests at check-in. Manage homeowner projects. Check on cleanliness of homes/units. Handle guest and employee concerns expeditiously in a manner which is beneficial to all involved. Work directly with Maintenance and Housekeeping employees/contractors. Complete daily paperwork. Other duties may be assigned. Must have a clean driving record and a valid driver's License.
