We’re currently partnering with a production warehouse in Lakeland, FL specializing in custom packaging and display solutions to identify a bilingual Quality Control (QC) associate for 1st shift. This role is responsible for inspecting corrugated displays and packaged product throughout the production process to ensure customer specifications, accuracy, and quality standards are consistently met.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Inspect in process and finished corrugated displays to ensure correct assembly, product placement, counts, labeling, and presentation
• Verify work against customer specifications, work orders, and display diagrams
• Monitor production lines to identify defects, inconsistencies, or process deviations
• Document quality findings accurately and maintain inspection records
• Communicate corrections clearly to production employees and Line Leads
• Support immediate resolution of quality concerns to prevent rework or delays
• Track recurring quality issues and communicate trends to leadership
• Assist with training employees on quality expectations and proper assembly methods
• Work alongside production teams when needed to maintain workflow while ensuring standards are met
• Ensure safety procedures and operational guidelines are consistently followed

Who We’re Looking For

• Bilingual in English and Spanish or Creole required
• Prior experience in quality control, inspection, or production environments preferred
• Experience working with packaging, assembly, kitting, or corrugated materials preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects or inconsistencies
• Ability to read work instructions, diagrams, or customer specifications
• Strong communication skills and confidence providing feedback to production staff
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work on a production floor for extended periods
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance

What You Can Expect

• $16.25/hr
• Monday - Friday, 6:45am - 3:30pm
• Occasional weekends based on production needs
