• Handle customer complaints with empathy and resolve issues promptly
• Process payments and provide accurate billing information to customers
• Coordinate with field technicians to relay job details and updates

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1+ years of customer service, call center, or administrative experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with basic computer systems and scheduling software
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy office environment
• Positive, customer-first attitude with strong problem-solving skills
• Experience in a home services or trades industry is a plus
