General Laborer - Aliquippa, PA

This hands-on role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working in a mechanical/technical environment, have strong attention to detail, and want to be part of a team that values quality and safety. What You’ll Do Identify and handle basic component parts and follow work procedures. Accurately complete production documents on time. Follow quality standards to ensure all work meets customer and company requirements. Assist with other tasks as assigned by management. What We’re Looking For Skills & Abilities Basic understanding of plant operations, layout, and safety procedures. Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to use tools effectively. Ability to learn quickly and apply new skills immediately. Good communication skills; works well in a team environment. Dependable and safety-conscious. Qualifications High School diploma or GED OR 2+ years of relevant experience/training in a manufacturing environment. Ability to read and interpret work instructions, quality standards, and production schedules. Able to multitask, meet deadlines, and troubleshoot problems efficiently. Physical Requirements Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and reaching. Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs occasionally. Good vision (close, distance, peripheral, depth perception) and ability to adjust focus. Work Environment Indoor industrial setting with exposure to heat, humidity, moving machinery, and occasional loud noise. Must be comfortable working near mechanical equipment and with vibration.
