Description

• Oversee the daily printing and mailing of retirement plan disbursement checks • Monitor and respond to internal customer requests and inquires • Manage special handling requests and projects related to disbursement checks and mailings • Produce and assemble mail packages • Prepare, generate, reconcile, and review reports of check production and compliance • Coordinate mailing projects with internal compliance and service teams • Managing incoming mail and resolve returns checks, letters, and compliance packages • Manage inventory of check production supplies, maintenance, and vendor relationships • Troubleshoot mailroom system and mailroom operation issues • Operate mail management tools and systems to perform mail room duties • Support team members in various roles as needed

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
