Managing Director of RIA and Family Office Investor Relations About the Company Forward-thinking real estate investment firm Industry Real Estate Type Privately Held About the Role The Company is seeking a Managing Director of RIA and Family Office Investor Relations to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving the firm's capital-raising strategy and nurturing strong, long-term relationships with RIAs and Family Office investors. This pivotal role involves leading daily prospecting and relationship-building efforts, presenting investment strategies, and conducting the due diligence process for prospective clients. The Managing Director will also be responsible for maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the company's sponsored funds and industry trends, delivering exceptional investor experiences, and ensuring full compliance with internal governance frameworks and regulatory standards. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 10 years of experience in investor relations, capital raising, and client management within real estate or alternative investments. A proven track record of cultivating and managing relationships with RIAs and Family Office investors is essential, as is the ability to prepare and present marketing materials and reports. The role requires excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, as well as proficiency in various software tools, including HubSpot and Microsoft Office Suite. The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial mindset, be adept at strategic planning, and be willing to travel as needed for investor meetings and events.
