Overview
Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Commercial Cabinet Installers for projects located in or around Allentown, PA. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $33/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:
- Install commercial cabinetry, mill-work, counter-tops, and casework according to plans and specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and installation layouts
- Measure and verify field dimensions before installation
- Assemble and secure cabinets, panels, trim, hardware, and related components
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
- Ensure installations meet quality standards, building codes, and project requirements
- Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades on-site
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Follow all OSHA and job-site safety regulations
Requirements:
- Experience installing commercial cabinets, mill-work, or architectural casework
- Ability to read blueprints and shop drawings
- Knowledge of commercial construction practices
- Experience working in hospitals, health-care facilities, schools, or office buildings preferred
- Skilled with hand tools, power tools, and installation equipment
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work on ladders or lifts
- Strong attention to detail and workmanship
- Reliable transportation
