Fire Protection Project ManagerYou will lead the end-to-end delivery of complex fire protection installation projects across mission-critical hyperscale data center campuses. You will operate in an environment that treats you like family, supports your career growth, and values ethical integrity.How You Will Make an Impact:Manage multi-system fire protection installations from pre-construction design through final commissioning.Direct daily field operations, subcontractors, and field crews to maintain full site safety and accountability.Coordinate project milestones with general contractors to align seamlessly with critical path schedules.Monitor all labor, material, and equipment expenses against baseline budgets to eliminate financial variances.Negotiate and process change orders transparently to protect project scope and financial margins.Conduct internal inspections and pre-commissioning testing to preserve a 100% first-time pass rate with local AHJs.Deliver complete as-built documentation, O&M packages, and system owner training at final closeout.Required Qualifications & Experience:Proven track record managing multi-system fire protection projects through full lifecycle delivery.Hands-on expertise and practical working knowledge of all applicable NFPA codes and AHJ standards.Willingness to maintain a daily on-site presence and travel up to 20% to regional project sites.Ability to work extended hours up to 80+ hours per week during critical project schedule windows.Preferred Qualifications & Experience:5+ years of dedicated field experience in fire protection project management.NICET III in Sprinkler and/or Special HazardsDirect project management experience within hyperscale AI data center construction environments.High School Diploma or GED equivalent.Proficiency with industry software including Procore, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Excel.Compensation & Benefits:Competitive hourly rate with performance-based bonus opportunities and overtime compensation.401(k) retirement savings program with employer matching.Bi-weekly pay cycle and travel per diem for out-of-town project assignments.Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance plus Health Savings Account (HSA) options.Life and disability insurance coverage options.Paid time off for holidays, vacation, and sick leave, plus paid parental leave.Employer-provided safety equipment, specialized technical training, and mentor development programs.Provided company uniforms and annual team-building events.About Us:Fire & Safety Specialists, Inc. delivers top-tier fire protection design, installation, and inspection services across commercial and industrial sectors.
