Polly Management is hiring a Restaurant General Manager to oversee operations, develop leaders, and drive financial performance in a fast-paced QSR environment.

Role Overview 

You will have full responsibility for: 

● Restaurant profitability and cost controls 

● Hiring, training, and developing managers and crew 

● Guest satisfaction and service standards 

● Inventory and food quality 

● Sales growth and local marketing 

● Creating a positive, accountable team culture 

 

Ideal Candidate 

● 2+ years of restaurant management experience 

● Strong leadership and people development skills

● Financial and operational mindset 

● Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
