What You'll Do:

• Fulfill custom greeting card orders with precision and efficiency.
• Set up and operate high-speed printing equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues to keep production running smoothly.
• Maintain high-quality standards while meeting deadlines.
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work atmosphere.
• Work across both High Speed and Order Assembly production areas.

When You'll Do It:

• This is a 1 st Shift position.
• The standard schedule for an 8-hour shift is 7:00 AM 3:00 PM, though it may vary throughout the year based on business needs to 10- and 12-hour shifts, especially during our peak season. The 10-hour shift runs from 7:00 AM 5:00 PM, while the 12-hour shift is 7:00 AM 7:00 PM.

Who We're Looking For:

Basic Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to read, write, and understand English.
• Minimum of 2 years of mechanical experience with troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Willingness to work overtime and weekends with short notice.
• Strong communication, basic math, reading and computer skills.
• Experience leading projects.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Works constructively as part of a diverse team.
