Remote Third-Party Collections Specialist - Performance Pay
LCS Financial
LCS Financial Services Corporation is seeking remote Collections Specialists to join a nationwide team. If you have at least 2 years of third-party debt collection experience, strong negotiation skills, and bilingual English/Spanish communication, you could excel in a high-volume, performance-driven environment. This 100% remote role lets you work from home within approved states, with a Monday–Friday schedule between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM and opportunities to earn more through performance.
