Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Planner with 1+ years of experience to support scheduling, forecasting, and coordination of materials or production activities. This role plays a key part in ensuring efficient operations by aligning supply with demand and maintaining accurate data within ERP systems. The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and comfortable working within a fast-paced environment. SAP experience is strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain production, supply, or demand plans to meet business needs
- Utilize ERP systems (SAP preferred) to manage planning data, schedules, and inventory levels
- Monitor inventory and coordinate with purchasing and operations teams to ensure material availability
- Analyze demand forecasts and adjust plans accordingly
- Track order status and address delays or supply chain disruptions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, procurement, operations) to ensure alignment
- Maintain accurate records of planning data, schedules, and reports
- Identify process improvement opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce costs

- Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in planning, supply chain, production scheduling, or related field
- Experience working with ERP systems (SAP preferred)

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data tracking, reporting, basic analysis)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

This is a Contract position based out of Milwaukee, WI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $28.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
