Description The Clinical Staff Pharmacist provides pharmaceutical care to Baptist Health patients of all ages through medication order review, preparation, dispensing, documentation, monitoring, patient counseling, and medication reconciliation. The Clinical Staff Pharmacist collaborates with patients, physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver safe, effective, and fiscally responsible patient‑centered care. Responsibilities include interpreting, reviewing and processing medication orders, screening orders for appropriateness and intervening as warranted, and providing patients and providers with therapeutic assessments and selected disease management for assigned clinical areas, working toward improving patient and practice outcomes. Estimated pay range for this position is $65.25 per hour, depending on shift as applicable. Qualifications Degree: Bachelors (Bachelor of Science required; Doctor of Pharmacy preferred). License: Registered Pharmacist. Preferred experience: Progressive pharmaceutical care experience or Pharmacy Practice Residency. Minimum required experience: No experience required.
