Master Scheduler
A growing manufacturing company in Mesa, AZ is looking for an experienced Master Scheduler. This role is ideal for someone with strong master scheduling, production planning, and ERP/MRP experience who enjoys solving operational challenges and improving supply chain performance.
This growing company is a manufacturer of high-reliability electrical components for the aviation and commercial airline industry. They are the leading manufacturer of cylindrical connectors in the world.

Job Type: full time, direct hire opportunity.
Master Scheduler Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain production schedules that align customer demand, inventory targets, and manufacturing capacity
- Support multi-site supply and production planning across facilities in New York, Arizona, and Mexico
- Build and maintain capacity models and perform scenario planning for labor, equipment, and material constraints
- Optimize ERP/MRP planning parameters including lead times, safety stock, and lot sizing
- Create dashboards and reporting tools to track schedule adherence, inventory performance, and operational KPIs
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
Pay: $80,000 - $120,000 annually
Master Scheduler Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Operations, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in production planning, master scheduling, or supply chain planning within manufacturing
- Experience supporting multi-site manufacturing operations
- Strong ERP/MRP systems knowledge, preferably within a manufacturing environment
