A specialized litigation boutique is seeking a courtroom-ready Personal Injury Associate to join its Miami office. This is a plaintiff-side role for an attorney eager to handle motion practice, hearings, mediations, and depositions with meaningful responsibility, while gaining structured mentorship within a focused, trial-oriented environment and a clear path to increased leadership over time.

THE ROLE

Handle courtroom litigation for personal injury claims. Draft and argue motions and related filings. Conduct mediations in personal injury matters. Take and defend medical professional depositions. Manage day-to-day personal injury case progression.

REQUIREMENTS

4+ years of personal injury litigation experience. In-office presence 5 days/week in Miami. Preferred: Spanish language skills and prior insurance-side defense background.

SALARY AND BENEFITS
