We are seeking skilled laborers to fill various roles within our operations. The positions include Attendants, Firewatch, Flaggers, Confined Space Specialists, and Fall Protection Experts. Ideal candidates are flexible and ready to work in various shifts, including days and nights.


Job Title : General Laborers (Attendant, Firewatch, Flagger, Confined Space, Fall Protection)
Location: Goldsmith, Tx
Pay: $21/hr.
Hours: 6/10 Work Schedule. Night shift availability required.


(Weekly direct deposit pay)

Responsibilities:

• Assist with various tasks on construction sites, including but not limited to carrying materials, cleaning work areas, and assisting tradespeople.
• Loading and unloading of materials, tools, and equipment.
• Control and direct traffic as a Flagger, ensuring the safety of construction zones and roadways.
• Supervise and ensure the safety of personnel working in confined spaces.
• Removing debris, garbage, and dangerous materials from sites.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support project completion.

Requirements:

• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks in various weather conditions.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including days or nights, as required.
• No prior experience necessary; we're looking for individuals with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

We conduct pre-employment drug testing prior to being sent to site. No traveling required, only to job site.

***We will not be providing housing or cover travel expenses to/from site.***

Compensation: $21.00 per hour
