Casa Rana Management is seeking an energetic, customer-focused Student Housing Leasing Consultant to join our Class A student housing community near Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, TX .

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has strong sales and customer-service skills, and thrives in a fast-paced student housing environment.

As a Leasing Consultant, you will often be the first point of contact for prospective residents and their families. You will play an important role in generating leads, conducting tours, converting prospects into residents, supporting resident retention, and helping create a positive community experience.

Position Details

• Full-time position
• Location: Fort Worth, TX – TCU area
• Pay: Depending on experience
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM
• On-site position

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments and homes to prospective residents and help meet or exceed leasing and occupancy goals
• Conduct engaging in-person and virtual property tours, highlighting community amenities and features
• Respond promptly and professionally to prospective residents by phone, email, text, and walk-in inquiries
• Consistently follow up with leads and prospective residents
• Process rental applications, verify required documentation, and prepare lease agreements
• Maintain accurate prospect and resident records in property management software
• Assist with move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals
• Build positive relationships with residents and respond to questions or concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Support marketing campaigns, leasing promotions, outreach efforts, and lead-generation activities
• Assist with resident events and community-building activities
• Coordinate with the Property Manager, maintenance team, and other staff to provide a high-quality resident experience
• Assist with annual student housing move-out, unit turns, and move-in activities
• Maintain organized leasing files and documentation
• Perform other leasing and property-related duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous leasing, sales, hospitality, or customer-service experience preferred
• 2+ years of apartment or property management leasing experience preferred
• Student housing experience is a strong plus
• Proven ability to build relationships, follow up with prospects, and close sales
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Professional, energetic, and customer-focused attitude
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to multitask and effectively prioritize responsibilities
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Experience with AppFolio or other property management software preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
