As a Business Banking Specialist within PNC's retail organization, you will be based in Houston, TX. PNC is an in‑office company that encourages candidates to connect with their recruiter and hiring manager to discuss workplace expectations and confirm branch hours and shift details for this location. Responsibilities Acquires and expands share of wallet for Consumer and Business Banking opportunities under $2MM in sales revenue; achieves business results through leadership and productive collaboration with a wide range of ecosystem partners. Proactively manages leads and referrals, leveraging bank product knowledge to grow share of wallet and attract new consumers and business households; translates client information into actionable sales strategy and tactics. Develops ecosystem leadership inside and outside of the branch as a Center of Influence; identifies the resources best equipped to meet client needs and introduces the client accordingly, holding partners accountable for updates and referral follow‑up. Delivers a differentiated client experience and hospitality management; solves client problems courteously with urgency, acting as an advocate across product, support, operations or other departments within PNC. Collaborates with the branch team to identify consumer and business banking opportunities and create referrals; follows up on independent opportunities to expand share of wallet with clients. Creates client loyalty and growth through differentiated client experience; performs lobby engagement activities, educates clients about options and applies product knowledge to solve problems and drive loyalty. Manages risk via adherence to policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits and participating in daily branch operations.
