Beam Sales Group is expanding in Connecticut, and we are looking for motivated sales representatives to join our team. Our next training sessions are starting in approximately two weeks.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a door-to-door sales position where you will work directly with homeowners in assigned residential areas. Your job is to start conversations, understand the customer’s current internet situation and introduce them to a better fiber solution.

You will spend your days in the field, meeting new people and developing your ability to communicate, sell and close.

THE PRODUCT – FIBER INTERNET

You will be selling fiber internet, a product that is becoming increasingly important for modern households.

More people are working from home, streaming, gaming and using multiple connected devices at the same time. Customers need fast, reliable and stable internet, and your role is to clearly explain how fiber can improve their everyday connection.

You will learn the product in detail so that you can confidently answer questions, explain the benefits and help customers understand why upgrading to fiber can make sense for their home.

WHAT DOOR-TO-DOOR SALES REQUIRES

Door-to-door sales is not an easy job, but it can be extremely rewarding for the right person.

You need to be comfortable approaching people you have never met before. You will hear no, sometimes many times in a row, and still need to stay focused and move confidently to the next door.

Success comes from discipline, consistency and putting in the hours. The more conversations you have, the more opportunities you create.

TRAINING AND SUPPORT

You do not need to figure everything out on your own.

Before entering the field, you will receive training in the product, sales process, customer approach, objection handling and closing.

Once you start selling, you will continue to receive coaching and support from experienced sales leaders who will help you improve your performance.

OUR TEAM

Beam Sales Group is an American international sales organization with experienced leaders and sales representatives from different backgrounds.

We have a strong Swedish presence within the team, with experienced Swedish sales leaders bringing a Scandinavian approach to sales built around discipline, structure, teamwork and continuous development.

You will be surrounded by people who want to perform, improve and help each other succeed.

COMPENSATION

Compensation is performance based.

Sales representatives earn approximately $200–$250 per completed agreement.

Depending on territory, experience and individual performance, strong representatives can close approximately 2–4 agreements in a day.

The opportunity is there, but your results depend on the effort, consistency and time you put into the role.

We are looking for people who are motivated, competitive, coachable and willing to work hard.

Previous sales experience is valuable but not always necessary. What matters most is your attitude, discipline and willingness to learn.
