Customer Sales Lead

Job Overview Customer Sales Lead for the Phoenix Metro and greater surrounding areas The Customer Sales Lead is responsible for building brand loyalty and brand value while achieving sales objectives for a district within an established expense budget. Will represent the company to distributor partners in all sales‑oriented activities. Identifies and evaluates new or emerging trends in competitive activity. This position is located in the Phoenix Metro area and supports our Walmart customer. This position will be working Monday to Friday with additional support on weekends/holidays if needed. Responsibilities Develop and maintain Walmart customer account contacts to increase product availability within assigned market. Accountable for achieving maximum sales volume and margin consistent with sales projections and goals. Develop action plans to ensure achievement of annual objectives. Develop customer programs designed to improve consumer’s visibility of branded products. Identify key decision makers for account management and contacts to coordinate the use of marketing programs, point of sale materials and sales promotion programs. Provides training, coaching and ongoing feedback to sales teams to support performance and execution. It is an individual contributor position with no direct reports. Manage and operate within the established operating and marketing budgets by reporting and tracking all activities. Total Rewards $62,500-$85,000 / year Actual placement with the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors. Requirements Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in managing teams preferred. 3 years of sales‑related experience in territory management. 3 years of proficiency in Microsoft Office. Possession of a valid driver’s license. Access to a dependable and reliable vehicle.
