This is a high-performance role where your people skills and your drive work together. You'll handle inbound calls and inquiries from people who are already reaching out for help — your job is to listen, build trust, and guide them toward the legal representation they need. All leads are inbound — no cold calling. We've built one of the strongest client intake operations in Tennessee, and we're growing the team.
