Manager, Client Success

Labcorp seeks a remote Manager, Client Success for the Gaps in Care team to manage complex enterprise health plan relationships, drive retention and growth, and serve as a strategic partner to clients. The role involves account management, identifying expansion opportunities, and cross-functional collaboration within a Monday-Friday, EST schedule.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strategic relationships with enterprise clients through retention and growth planning
• Identify portfolio expansion and performance improvement opportunities aligned with client objectives
• Own client satisfaction, retention metrics, and contractual obligations including SLAs and KPIs
• Serve as internal quarterback, communicating client goals and driving cross-functional service delivery
• Manage Salesforce reporting, forecasting, and lead training initiatives for internal teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Seven years of customer-facing experience in client success, account management, or sales with health plans
• Strong knowledge of quality performance programs: HEDIS, Medicare Stars, NCQA
• Proficiency with Salesforce tools and platforms
• Executive presence with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical and negotiation skills to close deals while maintaining client satisfaction
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and escalate obstacles as needed

Compensation: $90,000-$117,000 base, eligible for annual bonus
