Senior Pool Service Technician

As a Senior Pool Service Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining pools to the highest standards, ensuring equipment operates efficiently, water quality remains safe and balanced, and customers receive outstanding service at every visit. Responsibilities Perform routine pool cleaning, maintenance, and inspections Test and balance pool chemicals to maintain optimal water quality Inspect pumps, filters, heaters, and pool equipment for proper operation Identify, troubleshoot, and report equipment or maintenance issues Clean and maintain filters, baskets, and circulation systems Maintain accurate service records and visit notes Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and professionally Provide exceptional customer service while representing the company in the field Keep service vehicles, tools, and equipment organized and maintained Qualifications Previous pool service, maintenance, or related field experience preferred Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently and manage a service route efficiently Excellent communication and customer service skills Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred Compensation & Benefits $85,000 - $100,000 annually (based on experience) Overtime opportunities available Paid Time Off (PTO) Career growth opportunities within pool operations and construction #J-18808-Ljbffr Pronto Pools
