Powder Coater

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Powder Coater Painter to join their team. As a Powder Coater Painter, you will be part of the production department supporting the coating and finishing team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Powder Coater Painter

Location: Hamilton, OH

Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour

Shift: 1st Shift: 6am - 4pm (MON-THUR / OT possible on Fridays)

What's the Job?

• Operate the powder coat system, including loading powder and spraying products
• Hang and unhang products for coating and ensure proper oven operation
• Perform setup tasks such as changing powders and adjusting equipment
• Maintain conformance with quality specifications and standards
• Assist in troubleshooting, maintenance, and training others in powder coating operations

What's Needed?

• Relevant work experience in painting, powder coating, or completion of trade school
• Ability to perform standard math calculations for machine adjustments
• Mechanical skills with tools and machinery, adaptable to repairs
• Physical ability to lift up to 35 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and safety consciousness
