We're working with a respected engineering consulting firm in Greenville that is looking to hire a Geotechnical Seller/Doer to support the continued growth of its geotechnical practice across the Upstate. What You'll Do Lead geotechnical projects from proposal through completion Manage subsurface investigations, engineering analyses, and report preparation Review geotechnical recommendations for foundations, retaining structures, slopes, and pavements Develop and strengthen relationships with developers, contractors, municipalities, industrial clients, and transportation agencies Identify and pursue new geotechnical and related testing opportunities throughout the Greenville market Prepare scopes, proposals, and fee estimates Mentor geotechnical engineers and support staff development Manage project budgets, schedules, and client expectations Collaborate with company leadership to drive strategic growth initiatives What We’re Looking For Required Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Geological Engineering, or related field Professional Engineer (PE) license 8+ years of geotechnical engineering experience Experience managing geotechnical projects and client relationships Strong communication and business development skills Proven ability to oversee project financials, schedules, and deliverables Preferred Existing relationships within Greenville and the surrounding Upstate market Experience supporting transportation, commercial, industrial, manufacturing, or land development projects Previous experience in a seller/doer, group leader, or practice leadership role Passion for mentoring and developing engineering talent Why Consider This Opportunity?
