What You’ll Do: As a Blue intern, you’ll gain meaningful, hands‑on experience by assisting our client service team help healthcare providers maximize reimbursement opportunities while ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. You’ll be supported by mentors, receive real‑time feedback, and collaborate with coworkers, leadership, and client business owners. Assist with reconciling large volumes of financial and operational data using standardized analytical tools. Assist with reimbursement consulting projects, including: Medicare and Medicaid Cost Reports and Wage Index. Research reimbursement regulations and identify opportunities to improve client reimbursement outcomes. Collaborate with professionals across Blue's Healthcare Consulting Practice on client engagements. Participate actively in team meetings and training sessions while tracking action items and expanding your industry knowledge.
