Preferred Experience
- 5+ years in IT design/implementation across at least two areas:
- infrastructure, networking, application development, middleware, APIs, servers/storage, cloud, virtualization, or Active Directory.
- Strong exposure to diverse tech stacks and environments.
- Background supporting agile teams and understanding technical/architectural debt.
- Experience modernizing CI/CD ecosystems.
- Development experience (.NET/C#/VB) is highly beneficial.
- Scripting experience (PowerShell preferred; Shell scripting also acceptable).
- Understanding of software engineering principles and code-based pipeline patterns.
- Azure DevOps experience strongly preferred; Azure cloud familiarity required.
- Experience with GitHub/GitLab or readiness to adopt Microsoft-stack SCM tooling.
- Familiarity with observability tools (e.g., Splunk) is a plus but not required.
- Insurance industry experience is a plus, not required.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Candidate must provide official college transcripts.
