No industry-specific experience required! We're looking for someone with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. You'll receive training on company systems and processes while working alongside experienced professionals in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Partner with Account Executives and internal sales teams to coordinate and process customer orders.
• Review orders for accuracy, completeness, and inventory availability.
• Enter, track, and manage orders using internal systems and CRM platforms.
• Help move orders through the process to ensure timely and accurate completion.
• Communicate with sales representatives and internal departments to resolve questions and troubleshoot issues.
• Monitor order activity, identify discrepancies, and assist with solutions.
• Maintain accurate records and provide updates to internal business partners.
• Build relationships across departments while learning how a large corporate sales organization operates.

What We're Looking For

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred; recent graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional email communication.
• Outgoing, personable, and comfortable interacting with sales professionals.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• A team-player mentality, positive attitude, and eagerness to learn.
• Experience with Salesforce, CRM platforms, or order management systems is a plus, but not required.
• Previous internships, customer service, sales support, or administrative experience are helpful.
