What You'll Do Lead, coach, and develop a team of plumbing technicians to perform at their highest level Drive a culture of accountability, craftsmanship, and outstanding customer interaction Ensure every job is completed with precision, professionalism, and clear communication Support technicians in maximizing opportunities while always putting the customer first Monitor performance metrics and continuously raise the bar for results and service quality Partner with leadership to strengthen processes and grow the business What We're Looking For Proven experience managing residential service technicians (plumbing preferred) A strong leader who inspires, motivates, and holds teams accountable Someone who values customer relationships just as much as technical excellence Ability to coach technicians on both service delivery and how to communicate value to homeowners High energy, goal-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills Why F.H.
