Pay: $18-20 per hour + commission

Schedule: We offer flexible hours; weekend availability required.
Location: Montgomery, TX

American Residential Services (ARS) is hiring Bilingual In-Store Appointment Setter/Lead Generators to represent our HVAC and plumbing services inside national home improvement retail stores.

Responsibilities

As a In-Store Sales Lead Generator,  you will:

• Engage with customers in a retail store environment.
• Approach shoppers and start friendly, professional conversations.
• Ask questions to understand customers' home comfort needs.
• Educate customers about HVAC, plumbing, tune-ups, replacements, and indoor air quality solutions.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule in-home consultations or service appointments.
• Represent the ARS brand professionally and enthusiastically.
• Work toward individual and team lead-generation goals.
• Provide a positive customer experience from the first conversation.

**Hours worked must be PRODUCTIVE hours-generating appointments each shift.  Hours are managed accordingly

Qualifications

You don't need HVAC experience to be successful. We are looking for people who are:

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers
• Retail, kiosk, Door-to-Door, or sales experience preferred (not required)
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts
• Weekend and some holiday availability
• Reliable transportation
• Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand
• Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings
• Employment is contingent on a background check in accordance with applicable law
