Our Guest Service Center is often a guest's very first impression of Woodhouse every call is a chance to build trust and set the tone for a five-star experience.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a warm, sales-savvy Guest Service Center Representative to convert inquiries into confirmed, secured appointments from our central Guest Service Center. This is a revenue-generating role where your ability to listen, recommend the right services, and secure bookings directly impacts business performance.

What You'll Do

Answer inbound guest calls within 3 rings using our standard greeting Recommend services and enhancements based on guest needs Book appointments accurately in Meevo across all locations Secure a card on file for every booking to hold the reservation Resolve guest concerns and follow up with at-risk guests

What We're Looking For

1+ years of customer service experience, preferably phone-based Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills Comfort with sales conversations and suggesting upgrades Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry Flexible schedule including some evenings and weekends

What Success Looks Like

Achieving a 35%+ enhancement/upsell rate Zero booking errors Converting hesitant callers into confirmed, excited guests

Compensation: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
