Job Summary


We are seeking a licensed and experienced Architect to join a collaborative design team. The ideal candidate will lead architectural design efforts, manage projects from concept through completion, and work closely with clients, consultants, and construction teams to deliver high-quality projects on schedule and within budget. This role requires strong technical expertise, project management capabilities, and a commitment to excellence in design and client service.

Key Responsibilities


Design and develop architectural and interior projects using industry-standard software, including AutoCAD and Revit.

Prepare construction drawings, technical documentation, and project specifications.

Collaborate with project managers to develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.

Coordinate with engineers, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with design intent, project specifications, and applicable building codes.

Maintain accurate project documentation, including drawings, revisions, and CAD/BIM files.

Communicate effectively with clients to understand project requirements, provide design solutions, and manage expectations.

Assist in preparing project proposals, cost estimates, and project timelines.

Support contract administration, design reviews, and quality assurance processes.

Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and building regulations to enhance project outcomes.

Contribute to business development initiatives by supporting client relationships and identifying new project opportunities.

Qualifications


Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.

Active Architect license required.

Proven experience in architectural design, documentation, and project management.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.

Strong understanding of building codes, construction methods, and industry standards.

Excellent project planning, budgeting, and organizational skills.

Strong communication, presentation, and client relationship management abilities.

Experience coordinating multidisciplinary project teams.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Strong problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Preferred Skills


Experience with commercial, institutional, or mixed-use projects.

Knowledge of BIM workflows and construction administration.

Business development and client engagement experience.

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
