Global Solution Architect - ValueOps - Remote

As a member of Broadcom's Agile Operations division, you will be a part of a strategically targeted specialist sales team. Partnering with our regional sales teams and solution engineering, this position is responsible for driving adoption, growth and new sales of our best of breed solutions into a defined set of existing customers. To qualify for this position, you will:

Have a minimum of 20 years in the IT industry overall and 10 years in your specific domain of expertise in corporate enterprise IT, not just as a vendor in sales or services.

Customer-focused attitude with a strong emphasis on building and maintaining client relationships.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Experience in Project & Portfolio Management, Infrastructure Portfolio Management, Tokenomics, and Agile.

Results-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

Effectively articulate and present well in front of technical and executive-level stakeholders.

Desire to understand and evangelize Broadcom's distinct differentiators.

Must be highly motivated, self-starter, possess a positive-aggressive attitude, and have excellent organizational skills.

Devotion to continual personal development, customer service, and follow-up.

The ability to be flexible and work in a rapidly changing environment is required.

The ability to work with and navigate a variety of internal groups.

An understanding of all Broadcom and competitor's solutions within your specific domain.

Travel required as necessary.

Compensation and Benefits
The annual base salary range for this position is USD To USD

As a valued member of our team, you'll be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus and the opportunity to receive not only a competitive new hire equity grant, but also annual equity awards, connecting your success directly to the company's growth. All subject to relevant plan documents and award agreements.
