The role will require excellence as an individual contributor as well as working as part of a larger team. Salary expectations are based dependent on definable success, contact list, and reputation. An unlimited cap commission structure based on gross revenue, tiered by level of engagement. Salary and commission structure are negotiable. This is Business Development, not account management. Candidate is expected to present a Business Development Plan including resources they need to be effective.
