Jerry's is excited to announce a new career opportunity on our Management Team.

The Job

• Ensuring the safety of Team Members and customers
• Delivering World Class Customer Service and Jerry's business strategies
• Observe, coach, and teach Sales & Stocking Team Members on all work processes
• Planning & managing department work and labor resources
• Partnering with Purchasing and Merchandising Teams to ensure merchandising plans are properly executed
• Other duties as assigned

Compensation

• Annual compensation starting at $50,000 to $70,000, including Commission Shares and overtime
• Full-time position with Medical, Dental, Vision, and Disability benefits
• 401(k) and Employee Stock Ownership Program

Schedule

• Scheduled 40 - 45 hours weekly and will include opening, closing, and weekend shifts
• Typically 5 days a week with rotating regular schedule which includes every-other weekend off, and one day off per week
• Position available at our Eugene and Springfield locaitons
