Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, strategies, and detailed test cases based on complex requirements analysis.

• Design, implement, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and Jmeter to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.

• Perform thorough manual and automated testing, including functional, regression, API, and performance testing.

• Identify, document, and track defects meticulously within JIRA, providing clear and actionable bug reports.

• Collaborate effectively with development teams and stakeholders throughout the Agile development lifecycle to ensure quality is integrated from the outset.

• Conduct root cause analysis of defects and provide detailed insights to facilitate timely resolution.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies.

Required Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• Minimum of 6 years, of progressive experience in software quality assurance and testing.

• Proven expertise in Software Testing, principles, Test Planning, and Test Case Design.

• Demonstrated experience with Defect Tracking, Bug Reporting, and Requirements Analysis.

• Proficiency in SQL, for data validation and querying.

• Hands-on experience with API Testing, including tools and methodologies.

• Strong understanding and practical application of Automation Testing, concepts and frameworks.

• Experience with Selenium, for web automation and Jmeter for performance testing.

• Solid understanding of Agile Methodologies, (Scrum, Kanban).

• Exceptional Problem Solving, abilities and a keen Attention to Detail.

• Excellent verbal and written Communication, skills.

Preferred Qualifications: • ISTQB Certified Tester, certification.

• Certified Software Quality Analyst (CSQA), certification.

• Experience with other automation tools and frameworks.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integration of testing within them.
