- Perform field and laboratory testing of construction materials including:
- Concrete
- Asphalt
- Soil
- Accurately document and report test results in accordance with company and project standards
- Communicate test results and observations with project managers, inspectors, and contractors
- Follow safety procedures and maintain compliance with jobsite requirements
- Perform additional duties as outlined in the client's materials technician overview
- Experience:
- Minimum of 3 months of relevant materials testing experience preferred
- Skills:
- Ability to perform basic math calculations
- Willingness to complete and pass a client-required math quiz
- Certifications:
- Certifications are a plus but not required
- Physical Requirements:
- Ability to work in outdoor jobsite environments
- Ability to lift and handle testing equipment
- Background Check: Required
- Drug Test: Required
- E-Verify: Required
- Starting Pay: $17/hour
- Pay Rate: Based on experience
- Personal Protective Equipment: Standard PPE required and provided/mandated
